Job Description | Responsible for supervising the personal bankers and tellers to ensure that they perform in line with the policies and procedures of the bank.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Supervise, evaluate and coach the staff on their performance in a knowledgeable manner. This would include accuracy and being aware of the customer’s needs.
2. Set monthly schedule for staff to make sure proper coverage is in place.
3. Provide assistance on accounts for our customers when problems arise.
4. Maintain high knowledge of our products and services.
5. Perform normal teller duties on a daily basis.
6. As a Personal Banker Supervisor, will have the ability to open all types of accounts, which includes checking, savings, certificate of deposits, etc.
7. Conduct performance evaluations
8. Perform all other duties assigned.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Four to five years of job-related experience, including formal teller and new accounts training.
3. Supervisory experience required
4. Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Ability to multi-task

Job Description | Provide relationship management, administrative services, and advice to an assigned book of Wealth Management Department fiduciary accounts including but not limited to Trusts, Estates, and Conservatorships accounts.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of the client relationship for accounts developed or assigned.
- Responsible for retaining, servicing, and growing current assigned client relationships.
- Develop new business and identify opportunities in existing relationships.
- Provide consultation and expertise in fiduciary services, coordinating with attorneys and CPA’s to support estate planning efforts.
- Administer accounts consistent with governing documents, applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Authorizes account investments and disbursements.
- Initiates regular client communications and exercises independent judgment in resolving client inquiries.
- Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for ensuring client paperwork and files are compliant with all regulations and policies.
- Responsible for conducting timely & complete client reviews and proactive meetings, and thoroughly documenting the files & CRM system.
- Work closely with department employees on administrative, operational, investment, and insurance issues to ensure the quality of the client experience.
- Works in collaboration with other Wealth Advisors, Trust Officers, Managers, Lenders, and other organization contacts on cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with attorneys and CPAs in preparing Annual Reports, Financial Case plans and tax returns for assigned Trusts, Conservatorships and Estates.
- Maintain current understanding of regulations as they relate to Fiduciary and Investment issues.
- Pursues training, educational and self-development opportunities—not only to assure mandatory CE requirements are satisfied but to increase skill level and remain current on tax, financial, estate, investment, and retirement developments and laws.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by filing tax returns; studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; advising management on needed actions.
- Maintains client confidence and protects Wealth Management operations by keeping information confidential.
- Attends mandatory compliance and security sessions.
- Monitors daily work for adherence to compliance and security regulations, policies/procedures, and promptly corrects any deficiencies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Delegates effectively to team, including supervision responsibilities, if applicable.
Skills
- Bachelor degree in business/finance/accounting or related field of study required. JD or CPA preferred.
- 5 years of trust/legal/wealth management/banking experience required.
- Experience in professional setting with direct client interaction preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to attain & maintain one of the following certifications/designations is preferred: Certified Financial Planner (CFP); Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA); Certified Legal Assistant (CLA), Advanced Estate Planning (AEP) or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and banking.
- Knowledge/experience with Microsoft product suite.

Job Description | We are looking for a competitive insurance agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm’s reputation. You will help maintain our current book of business as well.
Responsibilities
- Promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
- Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
- Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
- Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
